Overnight stays at The Lake Resort and nearby partner resorts are arranged from 18–21 October (from 17 October for early arrivals). Upon arrival you will be guided straight to your room. Breakfast and lunch are accommodated at the hotel each day.
Scheduled vans from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi on 17 & 18 October. The drive is approx. 300 km (7 hours). Private cars can also be arranged (~€150). Fill in the questionnaire to confirm your preference.

One shop on the route from Delhi has been pre-informed. Online orders can be shipped directly to the resort. Contact Radha on WhatsApp for personal guidance and help.
We will share trusted local travel agents and curated travel options for guests who wish to explore India before or after the wedding.

Evenings throughout the week are smart casual. Temperatures may drop below 15°C — bring a sweater, blazer or scarf.

All guests travelling to India will need to arrange their own tourist visa in advance. Apply online at indianvisaonline.gov.in — give yourself plenty of time, as the application itself takes a while to complete.
The application is a lengthy questionnaire spanning 4–5 pages. A sample form is available to download on the website, so you can see everything you'll be asked for in advance.
You can save your progress and come back to it between pages — it doesn't need to be finished in one sitting.
Sometimes the system throws an error and won't save your changes. This almost always means a field further up was filled in incorrectly, or one of the common issues below.
If the form still won't save after checking the above, it's often best to log out and try again the next day.
The form asks for a reference name, address and phone number in India. Please use the following details for the resort:
When selecting the state, note that Uttarakhand is not listed in alphabetical order — it appears near the bottom of the list, after Telangana, rather than up with the U's. Scroll down to find it.
